RETURN POLICY

If at any time within 30 days of purchase, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund. Any item received faulty will be replaced free of charge. If product is returned in new condition (unopened packages), a full credit will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. For returns in which we are responsible, (faulty product/received wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

USE OF MATERIALS

You understand that the materials you may obtain from RAFT are not guaranteed for a particular use or fitness for purpose whatsoever. You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any personal injury, death, and/or property damage caused by use or reuse of said materials by you or any person to who you distribute the materials or ideas. You further agree that any suggested use of the materials is not a guarantee or warranty that such use is appropriate. You agree to evaluate the materials and that you will be solely responsible for the appropriate use of such materials.

RESALE OF RAFT MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS BOUGHT

The materials and ideas available at RAFT are intended to benefit children, education, and the community at large, and may not be offered for resale or auction.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit RAFTSTORE.NET or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with RAFT electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

USER ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. RAFT does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use RAFTSTORE.NET only with involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. RAFT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from RAFT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon your order’s delivery to the carrier. You agree that you will resolve any issues related to order delivery with the responsible carrier, not with RAFT.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

RAFT attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, RAFT does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by RAFT itself is not as described, you may return it for refund in unused condition and in its original packaging.

PRICING

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting RAFTSTORE.NET, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RAFT.

LIABILITY RELEASE

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT CONTAINS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND RAFT AND /OR AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND SUPPLIERS AND AGREE TO IT IN MY OWN FREE WILL. BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I HEREBY RELEASE RAFT AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND SUPPLIERS FROM ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR DEMANDS THAT I, MY ASSIGNEES, HEIRS, DISTRIBUTEES (PEOPLE THAT THE PRODUCT MIGHT BE GIVEN TO), OR USERS OF MATERIALS, AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES NOW HAVE OR MAY HEREAFTER HAVE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MY ACCESS PRIVILEGES TO THE RAFT PRODUCTS. THIS RELEASE IS INTENDED TO DISCHARGE IN ADVANCE RAFT AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS OF MATERIALS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH MY RECEIPT AND SUBSEQUENT USE OF MATERIALS AND/OR IDEAS PROVIDED BY RAFT, EVEN THOUGH THAT LIABILITY MAY ARISE OUT OF NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS ON THE PART OF THE PERSONS OR ENTITIES MENTIONED ABOVE, OUT OF MY OR OTHERS USE OR REUSE OF THE MATERIALS, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY WITH OR WITHOUT FAULT.
