How do I receive my member discount?

Your member discount is automatically applied as long as your membership is active and you are logged in with the email address tied to your membership. If you are logged in and still do not see the discount being applied, please contact customerservice@raft.net.

Do you accept purchase orders?

RAFT accepts purchase orders on orders over $300. Please submit your purchase order to customerservice@raft.net

Can I check out online using a purchase order?

Online checkout only accepts credit cards. To place an order with a PO, please email customerservice@raft.net with the following:
• A screenshot of your cart OR a list of items with quantities
• A copy of your purchase order

My STEAM Project Kit has a missing or defective part. Can I get a replacement?

Please email customerservice@raft.net with the name of the kit(s) and the missing or defective part(s). We will gladly ship you replacement parts.

Can I purchase a membership for someone else?

Memberships purchased online are linked to the online account making the purchase. If you would like your purchased membership to be applied to someone else, please email customerservice@raft.net

Do you offer any discounts on membership?

RAFT offers a group membership rate of $20/year/member for groups of 10 or more. Please email membership@raft.net to purchase group memberships.
