STEAM Project Kit Subscription Cancellation Policy

3 month prepaid subscription: no refunds

6 & 12 month prepaid subscription: can cancel after 3 months (prorated based on what kits are delivered). You will be refunded for unfulfilled months of kits and associated prepaid shipping costs.

5 & 10 month prepaid subscription: can cancel after 3 months (prorated based on what kits are delivered). You will be refunded for unfulfilled months of kits and associated prepaid shipping costs.

Cancellation requests need to be sent to customerservice@raft.net by the last day of the month to be effective the following month.
